- 8 ounces CinSoy Soy Sauce or Tamari
- 4 ounces rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, smashed
- 4-6 persian cucumbers - sliced into rounds
- 2 hot dogs
- 2 slices bacon
- 1 tsp CinSoy Chili Crisp
- 2 bollilo or French rolls
- 1 small tomato - diced
- 1 small yellow onion - sliced
- 1/2 tbsp oil
- ½ cup Soy Sauce Pickles
- 1 tbsp mayo
Make pickles a day ahead - combine all of the ingredients in a jar and place in the refrigerator overnight.
Wrap hot dogs in bacon and brush with the chili crisp..
Saute onions in a large pan over medium heat until they become tender. Push them to the side and place the bacon wrapped hot dogs in the pan.
Cook until the bacon fat is rendered out and it begins to crisp up. Remove the hot dogs and finish cooking the onions in the flavorful bacon fat.
Top a steamed hot dog bun or bollilo roll with the hot dogs and toppings - diced tomatoes, pickles, sauteed onions, mayo and a drizzle of chili crisp. Enjoy!
