Balsamic Roasted Tofu

  • 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup 
  • 2 tbsp CinSoy Soy Sauce 
  • 2 tbsp olive oil 
  • 1/2 tbsp chopped rosemary
  • 1/2 tbsp chopped thyme 
  • 1 block CinSoy Firm Tofu 
  1. Drain and cut your tofu into desired shape - I prefer a thicker cut for this.
  2. Mix all of the remaining ingredients together. Add seasonings of choice and adjust for salt and pepper to your liking.
  3. Pour marinade over the tofu, toss gently to coat.
  4. Allow to marinate for an hour or more.
  5. Drain remaining liquid and bake on a parchment lined sheet tray at 375 degrees for 15 minutes each side. Enjoy!
