Balsamic Roasted Tofu
- 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp CinSoy Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp chopped rosemary
- 1/2 tbsp chopped thyme
- 1 block CinSoy Firm Tofu
- Drain and cut your tofu into desired shape - I prefer a thicker cut for this.
- Mix all of the remaining ingredients together. Add seasonings of choice and adjust for salt and pepper to your liking.
- Pour marinade over the tofu, toss gently to coat.
- Allow to marinate for an hour or more.
- Drain remaining liquid and bake on a parchment lined sheet tray at 375 degrees for 15 minutes each side. Enjoy!
