Brown Butter Soy Rice Crispy Treats
- 8 tbsp butter (unsalted)
- 2 tbsp CinSoy Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 20 ounces marshmallows
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 10 ounces rice cereal
- CinSoy Soy Sauce Salt
- Melt butter and cook until browned and nutty. Remove from heat and add soy sauce and lemon juice.
- Add marshmallows and vanilla extract.
- Heat over low, stirring constantly, until mostly melted and cohesive.
- Pour in the rice cereal and stir until combined.
- Pour mixture into a parchment lined pan (size depending on the thickness you like best!).
- Using an oil sprayed rubber spatula (or your hands) - press down to help the mixture form to the pan.
- Sprinkle with CinSoy Soy Sauce Salt.
- Let set for about an hour before cutting and enjoying!
