Chili Crisp Bang Bang Shrimp on Crispy Rice

  • 1/2 pound shrimp
  • 1/4 cup mayo 
  • 1 tbsp CinSoy Chili Crisp
  • 1/2 tbsp CinSoy Soy Sauce
  • 1 clove garlic grated
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 3 green onions
  • CinSoy Soy Sauce Salt - to taste


  • 1 cup sushi rice - cooked
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt 

  1. Cook rice. Mix in the seasoning ingredients, stir to combine and place into a plastic lined rectangular container - make sure to press into an even block. Cover with plastic and cool in the fridge overnight. 
  2. Poach shrimp and shock in ice water when finished.
  3. Dice and place in a bowl.
  4. Add mayo, chili crisp, soy sauce, garlic, sliced green onions and honey. Mix to combine and taste for seasoning. Season with with Soy Sauce Salt to taste. 
  5. Slice the formed and cooled rice into rectangular planks as seen in the video.
  6. Shallow fry on both sides until golden and season with CinSoy Soy Sauce Salt. Set aside. 
  7. Spoon the shrimp mixture on top on the crispy rice and top with more green onions.
