Chili Crisp Bang Bang Shrimp on Crispy Rice
- 1/2 pound shrimp
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 tbsp CinSoy Chili Crisp
- 1/2 tbsp CinSoy Soy Sauce
- 1 clove garlic grated
- 1/2 tbsp honey
- 3 green onions
- CinSoy Soy Sauce Salt - to taste
- 1 cup sushi rice - cooked
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Cook rice. Mix in the seasoning ingredients, stir to combine and place into a plastic lined rectangular container - make sure to press into an even block. Cover with plastic and cool in the fridge overnight.
- Poach shrimp and shock in ice water when finished.
- Dice and place in a bowl.
- Add mayo, chili crisp, soy sauce, garlic, sliced green onions and honey. Mix to combine and taste for seasoning. Season with with Soy Sauce Salt to taste.
- Slice the formed and cooled rice into rectangular planks as seen in the video.
- Shallow fry on both sides until golden and season with CinSoy Soy Sauce Salt. Set aside.
- Spoon the shrimp mixture on top on the crispy rice and top with more green onions.
