Chili Crisp Citrus Salad
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 orange
- 1 blood orange
- Arugula
- Chives
- Goat Cheese or Feta Cheese
- CinSoy Chili Crisp
- CinSoy Soy Sauce Salt
- Peel and slice the citrus into rounds or segments. Reserve the juice that falls from the fruit.
- Cover a platter with arugula. Top with citrus rounds. Drizzle with leftover citrus juice.
- Crumble the goat cheese over the top and sprinkle with chives.
- Season the platter with CinSoy Soy Sauce Salt.
- Drizzle with CinSoy Chili Crisp and serve!
