Chili Crisp Citrus Salad

  • 1 grapefruit
  • 1 orange
  • 1 blood orange
  • Arugula
  • Chives 
  • Goat Cheese or Feta Cheese
  • CinSoy Chili Crisp
  • CinSoy Soy Sauce Salt
  1. Peel and slice the citrus into rounds or segments. Reserve the juice that falls from the fruit. 
  2. Cover a platter with arugula. Top with citrus rounds. Drizzle with leftover citrus juice. 
  3. Crumble the goat cheese over the top and sprinkle with chives.
  4. Season the platter with CinSoy Soy Sauce Salt. 
  5. Drizzle with CinSoy Chili Crisp and serve!
