Chili Crisp Deviled Eggs

  • 6 eggs 
  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 1 tbsp CinSoy Chili Crisp 
  • CinSoy Soy Sauce Salt and pepper to taste
  • chives or scallions for garnish

 

In a bowl, whisk in the chili crisp to your mayo. Alternatively - you can make your own mayonnaise from scratch and substitute some of our chili crisp for the oil.

 Hard boil your eggs. Once cooled, peel and slice in half. Set the whites to the side and place the yolks into the bowl. Mix the yolks and mayo mixture until smooth. Season with CinSoy Soy Sauce Salt and pepper to taste.

Fill the white with the egg mixture with a piping bag or a spoon. Garnish with chives or green onions.
