Longevity Noodles with Chili Crisp Bok Choy


  • 8 ounces noodles (Yi Mein or longevity noodles are traditional but other long noodles will work)
  • 8 ounces sliced mushrooms (whatever kind you like)
  • 1 bunch scallions - cut into 1 inch segments
  • 2 bunches of bokchoy - halved lengthwise 
  • CinSoy Chili Crisp 
Sauce:
  • 2 tbsp CinSoy Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil 
  • 1/2 tsp sugar

  1. Sauté mushrooms and scallions until browned.
  2. Move to one side of your pan and sear the bok choy.
  3. When it is halfway done, drizzle in a bit of CinSoy Chili Crisp onto the bok choy. Finish cooking and remove from pan. 
  4. Cook the noodles according to package direction.
  5. Combine the sauce ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
  6. Remove the noodles from water and put directly into the pan.
  7. Pour the sauce over the noodles and stir.
  8. Cook until the sauce coats everything and has become glossy. Enjoy!
