Longevity Noodles with Chili Crisp Bok Choy
- 8 ounces noodles (Yi Mein or longevity noodles are traditional but other long noodles will work)
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms (whatever kind you like)
- 1 bunch scallions - cut into 1 inch segments
- 2 bunches of bokchoy - halved lengthwise
- CinSoy Chili Crisp
- 2 tbsp CinSoy Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Sauté mushrooms and scallions until browned.
- Move to one side of your pan and sear the bok choy.
- When it is halfway done, drizzle in a bit of CinSoy Chili Crisp onto the bok choy. Finish cooking and remove from pan.
- Cook the noodles according to package direction.
- Combine the sauce ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
- Remove the noodles from water and put directly into the pan.
- Pour the sauce over the noodles and stir.
- Cook until the sauce coats everything and has become glossy. Enjoy!
