CinSoy Soy Marinated Eggs

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup CinSoy Soy Sauce
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  1. Boil your eggs to your preference (pictured here is a 6 minute egg).
  2. In another pot, combine soy sauce, ginger, garlic and sugar. Simmer this mixture until the sugar dissolves - about 2 minutes.
  3. Turn off the heat and add your water.
  4. Shock the eggs in an ice bath and peel.
  5. Add the eggs to a mason jar and pour the soy mixture over the top. Refrigerate for 24-48 hours.
