CinSoy Soy Sauce Marinated Eggs
CinSoy Soy Marinated Eggs
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup CinSoy Soy Sauce
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1 inch ginger
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Boil your eggs to your preference (pictured here is a 6 minute egg).
- In another pot, combine soy sauce, ginger, garlic and sugar. Simmer this mixture until the sugar dissolves - about 2 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and add your water.
- Shock the eggs in an ice bath and peel.
- Add the eggs to a mason jar and pour the soy mixture over the top. Refrigerate for 24-48 hours.
