CinSoy Teriyaki Sauce
Use this sauce on veggies, grilled CinSoy tofu (pictured), grilled chicken or as a dipping sauce.
Use this sauce on veggies, grilled CinSoy tofu (pictured), grilled chicken or as a dipping sauce.
- 1 cup water
- 3 tbsp CinSoy Small Batch Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 2 cloves grated garlic
- 1 thinly sliced red chili (optional)
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 3 tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp cold water
- Mix all ingredients but the last two in a pan and bring to a simmer.
- Allow to simmer on low for 2 minutes.
- Mix the cornstarch and cold water in a bowl on the side.
- Remove the pan from the heat and whisk in the cornstarch mixture until smooth.
- Serve on top of CinSoy Tofu or on grilled fish or chicken. Enjoy!
