Creamy Greek Miso Vinaigrette

  • 1 1/2 tbsp CinSoy Miso
  • 1 tbsp honey 
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano
  • 6 cloves roasted garlic
  • 1 clove fresh garlic
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  1. Puree all ingredients in a blender or small food processor.
  2. Taste for seasoning and adjust to your preference. 
  3. Serve over greens or chopped veggies and enjoy!
