Crispy Savory Tofu

  • 1 block CinSoy Tofu 
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs 
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme 
  • 1 tbsp fresh Rosemary
  • 1 small bunch sage leaves 
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds 
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder 
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika 
  • Salt and pepper 
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • Cornstarch 

  1. Drain and cut your CinSoy Tofu into desired size. Dry off with a clean towel.
  2. In a food processor- pulse the herbs. Add the breadcrumbs, seasonings and salt and pepper to taste and pulse to combine. 
  3. Gently toss the tofu in cornstarch. Dip one piece at a time in milk and then the breadcrumb mixture. 
  4. Pan fry the tofu on medium heat. You are looking for a golden brown crispy exterior on both sides. 
  5. Enjoy!
