Crispy Savory Tofu
- 1 block CinSoy Tofu
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme
- 1 tbsp fresh Rosemary
- 1 small bunch sage leaves
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- Cornstarch
- Drain and cut your CinSoy Tofu into desired size. Dry off with a clean towel.
- In a food processor- pulse the herbs. Add the breadcrumbs, seasonings and salt and pepper to taste and pulse to combine.
- Gently toss the tofu in cornstarch. Dip one piece at a time in milk and then the breadcrumb mixture.
- Pan fry the tofu on medium heat. You are looking for a golden brown crispy exterior on both sides.
