Crispy Tofu with Gochujang Soy Glaze

  • 1 block CinSoy Tofu
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp CinSoy Soy Sauce Salt
  • 1/4 cup Gochujang
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp CinSoy Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil 
  • 2 tbsp water
  1. Remove the tofu from the packaging and pat dry. Break into chunks with your hands and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. Sprinkle the tofu with Soy Sauce Salt and cornstarch. Toss to coat. 
  3. Add tofu to your air fryer and cook at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes, turning half way, or until crispy. 
  4. Add the remaining ingredients to a small saucepan. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook over medium low, stirring often, until the mixture thickens into a glossy sauce. This should take about 5-10 minutes. 
  5. When the tofu is done, toss it in the sauce. Top with scallions and enjoy!
