Ginger Beef Stir Fry

  • 1 pound sirloin steak (sliced into thin strips)
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup CinSoy Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 inch ginger (minced)
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 carrot - sliced
  • 1 bunch broccoli - cut into small florets
  • 2 jalapeno - sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic - sliced
  • 1 inch ginger - sliced
  1. Mix the marinade - rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, minced ginger and pepper. Pour over beef and marinate for 2 - 4 hours.
  2. Sear the steak in batches - make sure there is enough space to get a good sear. When cooked through, remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. Cook the carrots, bell pepper and broccoli. Add in the chilis, garlic and ginger. Cook until fragrant and the vegetables are tender.
  4. Mix cornstarch with 1 tbsp water.
  5. Add the beef and it's juices back into the pan and stir to combine. Pour in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce is thick and glossy.
  6. Serve over rice!
