Ginger Beef Stir Fry
- 1 pound sirloin steak (sliced into thin strips)
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup CinSoy Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 inch ginger (minced)
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 carrot - sliced
- 1 bunch broccoli - cut into small florets
- 2 jalapeno - sliced
- 3 cloves garlic - sliced
- 1 inch ginger - sliced
- Mix the marinade - rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, minced ginger and pepper. Pour over beef and marinate for 2 - 4 hours.
- Sear the steak in batches - make sure there is enough space to get a good sear. When cooked through, remove from the pan and set aside.
- Cook the carrots, bell pepper and broccoli. Add in the chilis, garlic and ginger. Cook until fragrant and the vegetables are tender.
- Mix cornstarch with 1 tbsp water.
- Add the beef and it's juices back into the pan and stir to combine. Pour in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce is thick and glossy.
- Serve over rice!
