Ginger Miso Salmon with Soy Garlic Broccolini
- 2 filets salmon
- 1 bunch of broccolini
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 pinch chili flakes
- 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp CinSoy Ginger Miso dressing
- 1 tbsp CinSoy Soy Sauce
- Heat a pan over medium heat with 1 tbsp of oil and the garlic slices.
- Cook, stirring frequently until they start to brown. Remove from the pan with a slotted spoon and set on a paper towel. Season with Soy Sauce Salt.
- Lay the salmon skin side down in the remaining hot oil.
- Spread about 1 tbsp of Ginger Miso Dressing over each filet of salmon.
- Place the pan in the broiler and cook until it reaches the doneness you prefer (start checking after about 3 minutes).
- While that cooks, heat a second pan with the remaining oil.
- Sear broccolini on one side until it starts to develop color. Flip and cook for an additional minute or two.
- When it is nearly finished, pull from the heat. Add a pinch of chili flakes and your CinSoy Soy Sauce. Toss to ensure all of the broccolini is seasoned.
- Plate the salmon and broccolini and garnish with crispy garlic.
