Grilled Balsamic Tofu with Lemon Miso Greek salad

  • 1 block of CinSoy Tofu 
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
  • 2 tbsp CinSoy Soy Sauce or Tamari
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs
  • 3 cloves garlic - grated
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
Lemon Miso Vinaigrette:
  • 1 small lemon (zest and juice)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp CinSoy Miso
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar 
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Black pepper

  1. Drain and slice your tofu into thick slices. Mix the marinade ingredients together.
  2. Marinate the tofu for 1 hour on the counter or a few hours in the fridge. 
  3. Whisk the vinaigrette ingredients together in a bowl until smooth. 
  4. Remove tofu from the marinade and sear in a pan or a grill pan.
  5. Serve over a salad of cucumber, tomatoes, red onion and olives. Add greens if you would like.
  6. Drizzle with the Lemon Miso Vinaigrette and crumbles of feta cheese.
