Herby Tofu Cream Cheese



  • 1 block CinSoy Tofu 
  • 2 tbsp CinSoy Miso
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted and cooled)
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1 tsp salt 
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened plant milk 

  1. Drain your CinSoy Tofu and add to a blender with all of the other ingredients.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. 
  3. Add 1/4 cup mixed herbs or seasonings- we used chives, fresh dill and black pepper to make a delicious savory spread. 
  4. Spread on a bagel and enjoy!
