Herby Tofu Cream Cheese
- 1 block CinSoy Tofu
- 2 tbsp CinSoy Miso
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted and cooled)
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup unsweetened plant milk
- Drain your CinSoy Tofu and add to a blender with all of the other ingredients.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add 1/4 cup mixed herbs or seasonings- we used chives, fresh dill and black pepper to make a delicious savory spread.
- Spread on a bagel and enjoy!
