Honey Soy Glazed Carrots
- 1 pound carrots
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 sprig of fresh thyme and sage or both
- 1.5 tbsp honey
- 1.5 tbsp CinSoy Soy Sauce or Tamari
- Roast or sear your carrots and cook until lightly charred and tender.
- In a pan, brown your butter with the herbs in the pan.
- Remove the herbs and add CinSoy Soy Sauce and honey.
- Stir and simmer over low heat until the mixture becomes a sticky glaze.
- Toss carrots in the Soy Honey glaze and serve.
