Honey Soy Glazed Carrots

  • 1 pound carrots 
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter 
  • 1 sprig of fresh thyme and sage or both
  • 1.5 tbsp honey 
  • 1.5 tbsp CinSoy Soy Sauce or Tamari 
  1. Roast or sear your carrots and cook until lightly charred and tender. 
  2. In a pan, brown your butter with the herbs in the pan.
  3. Remove the herbs and add CinSoy Soy Sauce and honey.
  4. Stir and simmer over low heat until the mixture becomes a sticky glaze.
  5. Toss carrots in the Soy Honey glaze and serve.
