Lemon Asparagus with Miso Butter

1 bunch asparagus

1 tbsp unsalted butter

1/2 tbsp CinSoy Miso Paste

1 tbsp chives 

1/4 lemon -juiced and zested

1 tbsp oil 

 

Mix the softened butter and miso paste in a small bowl until combined. Set aside. Heat a pan with your oil to medium high heat. Cook the asparagus on one side until they develop a little color. Flip and turn down the heat to low. Add in the miso butter and shake the pan a bit to spread the mixture around. When the asparagus is finished cooking, squeeze in the lemon juice and toss to coat. Plate and finish with the chives and lemon zest.
