Maple Tamari Vinaigrette
- 2 tbsp CinSoy Tamari
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 Lemon - juiced
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 clove garlic - grated
- 5 tbsp Olive Oil
- Mix all ingredients in a mason jar and shake to emulsify. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Drizzle over your favorite salad or roasted veggies and enjoy!
