Miso Chili Crisp Pasta a la Vodka
- 2 tbsp Chili Crisp
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 pound penne or rigatoni
- 1/4 cup vodka
- 2 tbsp CinSoy Miso
- 8 ounces tomato puree
- 1/4 cup cream
- Add chili crisp and butter to a pan. Heat until fragrant.
- Pull from heat and add vodka. Stir to combine and return to heat.
- Bring pan back over heat and add the miso - whisk to break it down and mix it in.
- Add tomato puree. Stir to combine and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add in the cream. Taste for seasoning.
- Toss your cooked pasta in the sauce and add a grating of parmesan cheese to finish.
- Top with chili crisp and enjoy!
