Miso Chili Crisp Pasta a la Vodka

  • 2 tbsp Chili Crisp
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 pound penne or rigatoni
  • 1/4 cup vodka
  • 2 tbsp CinSoy Miso
  • 8 ounces tomato puree
  • 1/4 cup cream 
  1. Add chili crisp and butter to a pan. Heat until fragrant. 
  2. Pull from heat and add vodka. Stir to combine and return to heat. 
  3. Bring pan back over heat and add the miso - whisk to break it down and mix it in. 
  4. Add tomato puree. Stir to combine and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add in the cream. Taste for seasoning. 
  5. Toss your cooked pasta in the sauce and add a grating of parmesan cheese to finish. 
  6. Top with chili crisp and enjoy!
