Miso Cream Caramel
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp CinSoy White Miso
- Cook sugar and water until a brown caramel is formed.
- Remove from heat, add miso and slowly pour in cream. If the sugar seizes up, gently heat until all sugar is dissolved.
- Use immediately or keep refrigerated.
