Miso Cream Cheese Frosting

 

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons CinSoy miso
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  1. Using an electric or stand mixer, beat cream cheese, butter, vanilla extract and miso together until very well combined. 
  2. Gradually add in sifted powdered sugar.  We love this frosting for carrot cake!
