Miso Ginger Pork

  • ½ lb. pork loin, thinly sliced (1/2 inch thickness)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 

For the Marinade:

  • ½ tablespoon CinSoy Soy Sauce 
  • 1 tablespoon mirin
  • 2-inch ginger, grated

For Seasoning:

  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon mirin
  • 1 tablespoon CinSoy Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon CinSoy Miso  
  • 1 tablespoon sake (Optional)


  1. Add ginger to a container along with a half tablespoon of soy sauce and a tablespoon of mirin. Then add pork. 
  2. Coat pork with the marinade and keep it aside. 
  3. Add all the seasoning ingredients to a bowl along with a teaspoon of grated ginger and combine well. 
  4. Preheat oil in a pan over medium heat. Sear both sides of the meat until golden brown. 
  5. Add seasoning at the end. Toss well and serve right away!
