Miso Ginger Pork

Ingredients
- ½ lb. pork loin, thinly sliced (1/2 inch thickness)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
For the Marinade:
- ½ tablespoon CinSoy Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 2-inch ginger, grated
For Seasoning:
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1 tablespoon CinSoy Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon CinSoy Miso
- 1 tablespoon sake (Optional)
Instructions
- Add ginger to a container along with a half tablespoon of soy sauce and a tablespoon of mirin. Then add pork.
- Coat pork with the marinade and keep it aside.
- Add all the seasoning ingredients to a bowl along with a teaspoon of grated ginger and combine well.
- Preheat oil in a pan over medium heat. Sear both sides of the meat until golden brown.
- Add seasoning at the end. Toss well and serve right away!
