Miso Oat Crumble
- 5 tbsp softened unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp CinSoy White Miso
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- Mix the first 3 ingredients together well.
- Add the flour and oats and mix gently until you get a sandy mixture with some chunks.
- Sprinkle on top of your favorite muffin batter and bake like usual.
