Miso Orange Glazed Salmon! ūüćä

  • 1 tablespoon CinSoy White Miso
  • 1 Orange (all the zest and half of the juice)
  • 1 lemon - just the zest
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Black pepper
  • Fresh dill
  • 2 filets of salmon
  1. Grate the garlic and zest the citrus into a bowl.
  2. Add the miso, orange juice and honey and mix to achieve a thin paste consistency.
  3. Sear the skin side of the salmon.
  4. Spoon the miso glaze over the top of the salmon filets and cook in the middle of the oven on broil. Start to check for doneness at about five minutes. Cook time will be dependent on preference and thickness of the salmon. 
  5. Top with a generous amount of black pepper and fresh dill.
