Miso Salsa Verde

  • 1/2 cup basil
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 1/4 cup chives
  • 1 large or 2 small cloves garlic
  • 1/2 lemon - zested
  • 1/4 lemon - juiced
  • 1 1/2 tbsp CinSoy Miso Paste
  • 1 tbsp capers - rinsed
  • 1 pinch red chili flakes
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • 1/4 c Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
  1. Add everything to a food processor and pulse until it reaches a texture that you like. Adjust for seasoning to your preference. It works well as a nice textural sauce or a smooth puree. 
  2. Enjoy on pasta, eggs, toast or Tofu Gnocchi.
