Miso Salsa Verde
- 1/2 cup basil
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1/4 cup chives
- 1 large or 2 small cloves garlic
- 1/2 lemon - zested
- 1/4 lemon - juiced
- 1 1/2 tbsp CinSoy Miso Paste
- 1 tbsp capers - rinsed
- 1 pinch red chili flakes
- Black pepper - to taste
- 1/4 c Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Add everything to a food processor and pulse until it reaches a texture that you like. Adjust for seasoning to your preference. It works well as a nice textural sauce or a smooth puree.
- Enjoy on pasta, eggs, toast or Tofu Gnocchi.
