Miso Sesame Braised Cabbage

  • 1/2 head green cabbage 
  • 2 tbsp CinSoy Miso
  • 1 tbsp CinSoy Soy Sauce 
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil 
  • 1 tbsp honey 
  1. Mix the sauce ingredients together.
  2. Cut cabbage in wedges and sear until nicely browned on both cut sides.
  3. Lower the heat and pour in your sauce mixture.
  4. Use a spoon to pour some of the reducing sauce over the cabbage wedges.
  5. Cook until almost tender and the sauce has reduced. Top with sesame seeds and scallions. Enjoy!
