Miso Sesame Potato Salad with grilled scallions


  • 1 pound small potatoes 
  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 1 tbsp CinSoy Miso
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 grated garlic clove
  • 1 bunch scallions 
  • CinSoy Soy Sauce Salt and black pepper to taste
  1. Boil potatoes until fork tender and cut into bite sized pieces.
  2. Grill scallions and slice.
  3. Mix the sauce ingredients together.
  4. Toss the potatoes in the sauce and season with CinSoy Soy Sauce Salt and black pepper to taste.
