Miso Sesame Potato Salad with grilled scallions
- 1 pound small potatoes
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 1 tbsp CinSoy Miso
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 grated garlic clove
- 1 bunch scallions
- CinSoy Soy Sauce Salt and black pepper to taste
- Boil potatoes until fork tender and cut into bite sized pieces.
- Grill scallions and slice.
- Mix the sauce ingredients together.
- Toss the potatoes in the sauce and season with CinSoy Soy Sauce Salt and black pepper to taste.
