Pork Lettuce Wraps

  • 1 pound pork 
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1/2 red bell pepper 
  • 3 green onions 
  • 2 ounces water chestnuts
  • 2 tbsp ginger
  • 4 cloves garlic 
  • 2 tbsp CinSoy Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp CinSoy Chili Crisp (optional but tasty!)
  • 2 tbsp of basil and cilantro chopped
  • basil, cilantro and lettuce for serving

  1. Dice the zucchini, red onion and bell pepper. Slice green onions. Slice the water chestnut. Mince or grate your garlic and ginger and set aside. 
  2. In a bowl - combine soy sauce, sugar, fish sauce and chili crisp if you are using it. 
  3. In a hot pan, brown pork in a little bit of oil. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add your vegetables in and stir.
  5. Cook until vegetables are tender and pork is cooked through.
  6. Add in the ginger and garlic and cook for 30 seconds or until fragrant.
  7. Pour in the sauce mixture. Cook over medium heat for minute or two until the sauce coats the filling and liquids have evaporated. 
  8. Serve in lettuce cups and enjoy!
