Pork Lettuce Wraps
- 1 pound pork
- 1 small zucchini
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 3 green onions
- 2 ounces water chestnuts
- 2 tbsp ginger
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp CinSoy Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp CinSoy Chili Crisp (optional but tasty!)
- 2 tbsp of basil and cilantro chopped
- basil, cilantro and lettuce for serving
- Dice the zucchini, red onion and bell pepper. Slice green onions. Slice the water chestnut. Mince or grate your garlic and ginger and set aside.
- In a bowl - combine soy sauce, sugar, fish sauce and chili crisp if you are using it.
- In a hot pan, brown pork in a little bit of oil. Cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add your vegetables in and stir.
- Cook until vegetables are tender and pork is cooked through.
- Add in the ginger and garlic and cook for 30 seconds or until fragrant.
- Pour in the sauce mixture. Cook over medium heat for minute or two until the sauce coats the filling and liquids have evaporated.
- Serve in lettuce cups and enjoy!
