Roast Sweet Potatoes with CinSoy White Miso and Tahini Sauce

Roast Sweet Potatoes with CinSoy White Miso and Tahini Sauce 

  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 tbsp CinSoy White Miso
  • 1 tbsp CinSoy Small Batch Soy Sauce
  • 1 lime (zest and juice)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Black Pepper
  • 3 medium sized sweet potatoes
  • Scallions for garnish

  1. Roast the sweet potatoes whole until tender and creamy. Slice in half and arrange on a platter.
  2. Mix tahini, CinSoy White Miso, sesame oil, lime zest and half of the juice, CinSoy Soy Sauce and a few cranks of black pepper in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Spread your sauce over the warm sweet potatoes and sprinkle with scallions. Enjoy!
