Roast Sweet Potatoes with CinSoy White Miso and Tahini Sauce
Roast Sweet Potatoes with CinSoy White Miso and Tahini Sauce
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 tbsp CinSoy White Miso
- 1 tbsp CinSoy Small Batch Soy Sauce
- 1 lime (zest and juice)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Black Pepper
- 3 medium sized sweet potatoes
- Scallions for garnish
- Roast the sweet potatoes whole until tender and creamy. Slice in half and arrange on a platter.
- Mix tahini, CinSoy White Miso, sesame oil, lime zest and half of the juice, CinSoy Soy Sauce and a few cranks of black pepper in a bowl until smooth.
- Spread your sauce over the warm sweet potatoes and sprinkle with scallions. Enjoy!
