Roast Veggie Salad with Miso Mustard Dressing

  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp CinSoy Miso
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 clove garlic clove
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  1. Grate the garlic into a small bowl with the mustard, maple syrup, miso and fresh lemon juice.
  2. Slowly whisk in the olive oil and adjust for seasoning.
  3. Drizzle over roasted vegetables and enjoy!
