Roasted Radishes with Lemon Dill Miso Yogurt

 

  • 2 bunches radishes 
  • CinSoy Soy Sauce Salt
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • Zest of 1/2 lemon
  • Juice of 1/4 lemon
  • 1 tbsp sliced chives
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill
  • 1 tbsp CinSoy Miso 

 

  1. Clean the redishes thoroughly. Slice them in half.
  2. Toss in olive oil and season with Soy Sauce Salt.
  3. Roast at 425 until tender - about 20 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, mix the yogurt with the lemon, herbs and miso.
  5. Spread the yogurt on a plate and top with roasted radishes.
  6. Garnish with additional herbs and enjoy!
