Roasted Radishes with Lemon Dill Miso Yogurt
- 2 bunches radishes
- CinSoy Soy Sauce Salt
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- Zest of 1/2 lemon
- Juice of 1/4 lemon
- 1 tbsp sliced chives
- 1 tbsp chopped dill
- 1 tbsp CinSoy Miso
- Clean the redishes thoroughly. Slice them in half.
- Toss in olive oil and season with Soy Sauce Salt.
- Roast at 425 until tender - about 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix the yogurt with the lemon, herbs and miso.
- Spread the yogurt on a plate and top with roasted radishes.
- Garnish with additional herbs and enjoy!
