Sesame Soy Salmon Bites

  • 2 Salmon fillets 
  • 1 tbsp ginger - grated
  • 3 cloves garlic - grated
  • 2 tbsp CinSoy Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds 

To serve: Rice, shaved carrots or cucumber, avocado, scallions

  1. Cut salmon filets into large bite sized cubes. 
  2. In a bowl - mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, ginger and garlic. Stir to combine and pour over salmon. Add sesame seeds and toss. 
  3. Add bites to a 400 degree air fryer for about 4-5 minutes or until cooked to your preference. 
  4. Serve over rice and top with scallions.
