Sesame Soy Salmon Bites
- 2 Salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp ginger - grated
- 3 cloves garlic - grated
- 2 tbsp CinSoy Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
To serve: Rice, shaved carrots or cucumber, avocado, scallions
- Cut salmon filets into large bite sized cubes.
- In a bowl - mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, ginger and garlic. Stir to combine and pour over salmon. Add sesame seeds and toss.
- Add bites to a 400 degree air fryer for about 4-5 minutes or until cooked to your preference.
- Serve over rice and top with scallions.
