Shredded Tofu Stir Fry

  • 1 block CinSoy Extra Firm Tofu
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 2 tbsp oil 
  • 2 tbsp CinSoy Soy Sauce or Tamari
  • 1 tbsp CinSoy Chili Crisp
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  1. Remove the tofu from water and shred on a cheese grater. 
  2. Grate the carrot and zucchini and mix together with the tofu. 
  3. Heat the oil in a pan. Add in tofu mixture and cook, stirring occasionally for 5-7 minutes. You want the vegetables to release their liquids and to soften. 
  4. Mix the sauces together and pour over the tofu mixture. 
  5. Cook on medium low for about 5 minutes. Stir occasionally and remove from heat when the liquids have evaporated and the tofu gets a crisp texture.
  6. Serve over rice and top with more Chili Crisp!
