Simply Perfect Breakfast Sandwich
- 1 brioche bun
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tbsp CinSoy Chili Crisp
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp mayo
- Arugula
- Toast bun in butter until golden brown. Remove and set aside
- Add chili crisp to a pan over medium heat. Crack your eggs directly into the hot chili crisp.
- Fry until your desired style - we prefer an over medium egg for this.
- Spread mayo on the bun and top with arugula. Put the finished eggs on top.
- Drizzle with a little more chili crisp if you want and dig in!
