Simply Perfect Breakfast Sandwich

  • 1 brioche bun
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tbsp CinSoy Chili Crisp
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp mayo
  • Arugula 


  1. Toast bun in butter until golden brown. Remove and set aside
  2. Add chili crisp to a pan over medium heat. Crack your eggs directly into the hot chili crisp. 
  3. Fry until your desired style - we prefer an over medium egg for this. 
  4. Spread mayo on the bun and top with arugula. Put the finished eggs on top. 
  5. Drizzle with a little more chili crisp if you want and dig in!
