Soy Marinated Avocado Rice Bowl
- 1/3 cup CinSoy Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 4 scallions - sliced
- 1 lemon - juiced
- 4 cloves garlic - minced
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 serrano pepper - sliced
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 2 small or 1 large avocado
- 5 radishes - quartered
To serve:
Fried egg, rice, sesame seeds
- Mix together the marinade - soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice, garlic, scallion, fish sauce, sesame and Serrano pepper.
- Cut your avocado into large chunks and the radishes into quarters. Add them to the marinade - making sure that they are submerged in the liquid.
- Marinate for about 2 hours.
- Scoop out the vegetables and serve over rice. Top the bowl with a fried egg that has been seasoned with Soy Sauce Salt and some sesame seeds. Enjoy!
