Soy Sauce Glazed Chicken Thighs

  • 1/4 cup CinSoy Small Batch Soy Sauce 
  • 1/4 cup sugar or honey
  • 1/4 cup Rice wine vinegar

  1. Combine sauce ingredients in a sauce pan and reduce until syrup consistency.
  2. Preheat oven to 425
  3. Season chicken thighs with soy sauce salt and white pepper.
  4. Pan sear chicken until brown and turn skin side up.
  5. Brush syrup on chicken and bake for 5 minutes. Brush more on every five minute for a total of 25 minutes. 
Garnish and serve!
