Soy Sauce Glazed Chicken Thighs
- 1/4 cup CinSoy Small Batch Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar or honey
- 1/4 cup Rice wine vinegar
- Combine sauce ingredients in a sauce pan and reduce until syrup consistency.
- Preheat oven to 425
- Season chicken thighs with soy sauce salt and white pepper.
- Pan sear chicken until brown and turn skin side up.
- Brush syrup on chicken and bake for 5 minutes. Brush more on every five minute for a total of 25 minutes.
