Soy Sauce Poached Salmon

  • 2/3 cup CinSoy Soy Sauce 
  • 1/2 cup mirin 
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar 
  • 4 cloves of garlic sliced thin
  • 1/2 tbsp grated ginger 
  • 3 scallions sliced
  • 2 filets of salmon 
  1. Add all of the ingredients to the smallest pot that fits your salmon. Bring to a simmer.
  2. Gently add your salmon. Poach for 5 minutes on each side (add a few more minutes if it is a very thick filet).
  3. Gently remove from the sauce and plate.
  4. You can reduce the sauce for another few minutes if needed. Spoon over the salmon and finish with fresh lime and scallions. Enjoy!
