Soy Sauce Poached Salmon
- 2/3 cup CinSoy Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup mirin
- 1 lime juiced
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 4 cloves of garlic sliced thin
- 1/2 tbsp grated ginger
- 3 scallions sliced
- 2 filets of salmon
- Add all of the ingredients to the smallest pot that fits your salmon. Bring to a simmer.
- Gently add your salmon. Poach for 5 minutes on each side (add a few more minutes if it is a very thick filet).
- Gently remove from the sauce and plate.
- You can reduce the sauce for another few minutes if needed. Spoon over the salmon and finish with fresh lime and scallions. Enjoy!
