Soy Sauce Refrigerator Pickles
- 8 ounces Soy Sauce or Tamari
- 4 ounces rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 cloves garlic - smashed
- 4-6 Persian cucumbers
- Wash your cucumbers and slice into 1/4 inch thick rounds.
- Add the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and garlic into a jar. Stir to combine.
- Pour the liquid over the cucumbers.
- Refrigerate overnight and enjoy!
