Spiced Lamb Meatballs
- 1 pound ground lamb
- 1 egg
- 1 onion diced
- 4 cloves garlic sliced
- 2 tbsp parsley chopped
- 2 tbsp cilantro chopped
- 2 tbsp CinSoy Chili Crisp
- 1/2 tbsp CinSoy Soy Sauce Salt
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined.
- Scoop into equal sized portions and roll into meatballs.
- Sear on each side until cooked through.
- To finish, sprinkle with more herbs and a drizzle of CinSoy Chili Crisp!
