Spiced Lamb Meatballs

 

  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • 1 egg 
  • 1 onion diced
  • 4 cloves garlic sliced
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 2 tbsp cilantro chopped
  • 2 tbsp CinSoy Chili Crisp
  • 1/2 tbsp CinSoy Soy Sauce Salt


  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined.
  2. Scoop into equal sized portions and roll into meatballs.
  3. Sear on each side until cooked through.
  4. To finish, sprinkle with more herbs and a drizzle of CinSoy Chili Crisp!
