Spicy Chili Crisp Rice Waffle

  • 1/2 cup cooked white rice
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tbsp CinSoy Chili Crisp
  • Soy Sauce Salt to taste
  • Additional toppings - a fried egg, scallions, and a slice of melty cheese are a great fit
  1. Mix the rice, egg, chili crisp and soy sauce salt in a mixing bowl. 
  2. Spoon the mixture into a heated mini waffle iron. This will make 2 waffles.
  3. Cook until crispy on the edges and cooked through. 
  4. Remove from the waffle iron and top with whatever toppings you feel like - a crispy fried egg and some scallions are always a hit.
  5. Enjoy!
