Spicy Chili Crisp Rice Waffle
- 1/2 cup cooked white rice
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 tbsp CinSoy Chili Crisp
- Soy Sauce Salt to taste
- Additional toppings - a fried egg, scallions, and a slice of melty cheese are a great fit
- Mix the rice, egg, chili crisp and soy sauce salt in a mixing bowl.
- Spoon the mixture into a heated mini waffle iron. This will make 2 waffles.
- Cook until crispy on the edges and cooked through.
- Remove from the waffle iron and top with whatever toppings you feel like - a crispy fried egg and some scallions are always a hit.
