Sticky Sesame Glazed Tofu
- 1 block CinSoy Tofu - firm or extra firm
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 2 tbsp CinSoy Soy Sauce
- 1 pinch red chili flakes
- oil for frying
- Scallions
- Sesame Seeds
- Remove the tofu from it's package and wrap in a paper towel. Gently squeeze to remove water. Cut into sticks.
- In a bowl, combine honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, CinSoy Soy Sauce and red chili flakes.
- Brush the tofu sticks in the marinade. Let sit for about 30 minutes to marinate.
- Pour the rest of the sauce into a pan and reduce over medium heat until thick and sticky. Set aside.
- Fry the tofu on all sides until crisp and golden brown.
- Drizzle or brush with the sticky sauce.
- Top with toasted sesame seeds and sliced scallions. Enjoy!
