Thai Curry Butter Chicken Wings

  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup CinSoy Soy Sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Thai Red Curry paste
  • 1 lime, all the zest and half the juice
  1. Mix the ingredients together until well combined. Adjust for seasoning and add more Soy Sauce or lime juice to suit your preference. 
  2. Toss hot cooked chicken wings in a spoonful or two of the butter and serve. Alternatively, use the butter as a spread or on top of vegetables or a piece of meat.
