Tofu Caprese Sandwich

  1. Slice the tofu into planks and cook over medium high heat in a pan. Cook until crisp on both sides - about 5 minutes per side. 
  2. Remove from heat and brush with balsamic vinegar when finished cooking. 
  3. Season the sliced tomatoes with pepper and Soy Sauce Salt. 
  4. Spread the Miso Pesto on the bread and layer the tomatoes and tofu on top. Enjoy!
