Vegan Whipped Ricotta Dip

  • 1 block CinSoy Firm Tofu
  • 1 medium yellow onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp CinSoy Miso 
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Pinch red chili flakes
  • Pinch oregano
  • Pinch black pepper 
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 lemon - zest and juice
  1. Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until tender. Set aside to cool.
  2. Place the onion mixture and the remaining ingredients in a food processor.
  3. Process until very smooth. 
  4. Taste for seasoning and adjust to your liking. You can add different herbs or flavorings here to suit your preference. 
  5. Serve as a dip or use in place of ricotta in a recipe. Enjoy!
